Because less than half of all people with mental illnesses receive treatment!! About half of mental disorders begin before the age of 14.
™
Mental disorders are the leading cause of disability in America. Approx. 33,000 Americans commit suicide every year. Just Clinical depression affects about 19 million Americans annually!
Some experts say all of us have mental health problems time to time.
Every year more than 250,000 people are admitted to psychiatric hospitals and over 4,000 people commit suicide in the UK.
The statistics for other countries too are shocking!!
It truly is a pandemic.
Mental health is 美研堂 about how we think, feel and behave. According to the World Health Organization Mental health is "a state of well-being in which one can cope with the normal stresses of life and can work productively... It's not merely the absence of disease or illness."
It's the Mental health issues which are responsible for most of the people who are over weight, or who have a low self-esteem or have issues with their relationships or finances or their career.
Why do we have these problems?
The answer to that is unawareness. We are told a lot about physical health but most of us don't know how to be emotionally healthy. No one teaches us how our thoughts, feelings and beliefs affect every area of our lives.
In fact the biggest reason why people smoke or get drunk or binge eat, consume drugs or self-harm is due to mental health problems because most of us don't know how to deal with our negative thoughts and emotions.

What percentage of men have actually dreamed about performing autofellatio? "Dream" in the sense of a nocturnal dream (while asleep) versus someone's conscious desire to perform such an amazing task.
Apparently, lots of men. A poll showed that 97% of men had actually had nocturnal dreams in which they dreamt that they were sucking their own penises. In fact, it seems to be one of the most common dreams that men seem to share.
I'm certainly not an expert on dreams but it would be interesting to see what a dream expert might have to say on the subject. I'm sure we can imagine what Sigmund Freud would say about having such a night-time vision.
It would be interesting to note how many women have similar visions of performing autocunnilingus (where a woman orally stimulates her own vulva). I would think that the number of women would be reduced for a couple of reasons. Firstly, it is harder for women to perform autocunnilingus than for men to perform autofellatio. Secondly, the male sexual organs are pointed, aggressive, and forthright. While in women, they are recessed and hidden. These anatomical differences, I would think, would make a difference in how we would consciously or unconsciously be moved into trying such a feat. That is, that it would be more apparent to men that this form of sexual act could be accomplished. So such innate desires would more likely be played on the mind's movie screen for men, rather than for women, while we sleep.
So, then, why is autofellating such a common thread between men and their night-time thoughts? Something that most of us seem to share. I don't know what the answer is, but I am interested in exploring it.
